Are you a senior Youth Care worker or supervisor seeking a change? Passionate about your work? Can you demonstrate that you are self-motivated, creative, organized and ethical? If so, consider joining our team as a fly-in / fly-out Child and Youth Care Supervisors (CYCS). In this unique program design, CYCS’s travel to the Canadian North for 10 week on/off rotations, living with the rest of the team in modern off-site staff housing. Working at the facility as the lead member of the residential team, CYCS’s are the site supervisors, working in and with the program and completing additional administrative and supervisory responsibilities.

Trailcross is an eight-bed/24-hour treatment and therapeutic group care facility for youth aged 12-18. Located in Fort Smith, NWT, the program blends modern clinical practices with comprehensive cultural and outdoor education. Trailcross is proudly operated by Shift.
